About me<\/h2><\/div>

EXPERIENCING is the red line of my career. I started as a freelancer focusing mainly on branding development. At that time already, I recognized the importance of brand experience being part of the soul of a company, as well as a key ingredient to a consistent and successful communication.<\/p>\n

Since the beginning, my role as an Art Director has been to create, share, interact, advise and work hand in hand with my clients, together with my creative and marketing teams, to ensure that consistent and accurate messages are added to the end-users\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n

A few years later, it appeared as an evidence: I decided to go a step further and give an additional dimension to my professional growth by joining MCI Group, a leader in the event industry, that builds community around brands and strategic engagement. This new challenge gave me the opportunity to further expand my creative skills, opening many new doors to me.<\/p>\n

In addition to the brand experience, as a Creative Services Manager, my role include understanding our Client\u2019s needs, developing the conceptual approach that will be translated into the global event itself, from the pre communication to the onsite experience and the post communication.\u00a0I am passionate about creating a unique event experience for our clients, finding the right balance between content dissemination and creativity and defining the best media to support the entire event communication. To me, the key to success is all about how digital can engage people towards the event immersion and how visual identity can reflect\u00a0the essence of the event.<\/p>\n

Over the last 15 years, my creative skills, team work capabilities and passion have given me the opportunity to work with high profile clients such as MasterCard, TATA, Amadeus, SWIFT, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, United Nations, European Commission, TOTAL, Renault, UCB, BMS, MSD, PMI, ASME, GRI.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

My role<\/h3>
\nResponsible for the Mastercard global account as a Creative, my role is to ensure consistency between the delegates\u2019 experience and the conceptual approach for each MasterCard event. This includes developing a variety of different vectors such as branding development, digital activation from pre to post event but also gathering and managing the right creative talents.\u00a0From a budget optimization to the creative side, my role is about understanding the client\u2019s needs to ensure the\u00a0best immersive experience ever.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\nIn charge of the branding for one of the biggest European TATA event (TCS Summit) for the TCS Division (TATA Consulting Services), my role consisted of ensuring the delivery of the full brand activation towards the delegates\u2019 journey; I did also manage the teams implementing the on-site branding.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\nFor the EXPO Milano, MCI Group has been officially in charge of the EU Pavilion development. I\u2019m really proud of having actively contributed to the success of this amazing project, as I was responsible for the branding development in collaboration with different teams around the world.
