MY ROLE

  1. Create a consistent visual identity that integrates the mission, vision and values in a communication campaign
    to engage all Minafin group employees,
  2.  Support to improve the communication and marketing Minafin processes
    and the success of future mission, vision and values messages.
  3. Create communication tools that focus on brand awareness around the vision, mission and values,
  4. Create the correct messaging, taglines and storytelling that best represent the values,
  5. Provide with the best actions/tools to use to communicate internally about the vision,mission and values,


Minafin
is a group of global fine chemical developers and manufacturers.
With an important evolution over the last decade, Minafin Group understood the need to work on a vision and a mission based
on 6 values that contributed to the success of the Group since its origin.
By detailing the core values of Minafin, the vision and mission statements target the central idea that every employee should focus on during their daily working life. Therefore the vision and mission statements, must be clearly communicated to employees to keep everybody on the same page and move forward. Effective communication of the vision, mission, values is needed to be implemented in a global scale with different tools that helps the company to build a consistent brand image.
