MY ROLE

In order to remain successful and ahead of the competition, the Crowne Plaza Brussels – Le Palace needed to refresh their local brand image and communication approach on the local market by adding further global Crowne Plaza accents. The concept “Balanced Senses” developed a few years ago, had to be reinforced as a product concept.

Nowadays, the hotel has become one of the leading meeting venues in Brussels but it also has its fair share of corporate and leisure clients.

My role was to deeply understand the historical, architectural and artistic influences of the hotel throughout the last century. In parallel, I collaborated closely with the Crowne Plaza team by developing an audit to better understand and analyze their customers’ expectations in terms of needs and experience.

Based on the results, I developed a completely new branding, using the “Truly Inspirational” motto, which would combine the essence of the Klimt atmosphere and the Art Deco influence.
